The symbol can be viewed as part of a reporting structure that, however, implements its valid meaning in hermeneutic processes. My study interprets the symbolism of apples in a contemporary Hungarian short film. The symbol is ambiguous as a cultural sign that encourages active inclusion. All this allows for further findings.
