Abstract:

Desemiotisation is the most significant process for the avant-garde constructivist artist. The term refers to the willingness for eliminating signification. For Lajos Kassák it was not only a creative method, but a real and special philosophy, which sets the entire course and direction for a constructive person.

Keywords: desemiotisation, tautology, metonymy
