Abstract:
This paper analyzes the presence of fantastic in Neil Gaiman’s fiction. The first part uses Tzvetan Todorov’s The Fantastic: A Structural Approach to a Literary Genre to examine Gaiman’s works. The second part analyzes one particular story (Only the End of the World Again) through the mirror of contemporary criticism.
